To cancel or reschedule appointments, we kindly request that you contact our office via phone, text, or email. If you encounter any difficulties reaching us, kindly leave a message with your name, appointment date, and the reason for cancellation or request for rescheduling.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, even if you have informed us in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.
Please note that if we do not receive any communication from you and 15 minutes have passed, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
